About this Course

Help support the native bee population at Explore Park and in your backyard! We’ll learn about some of the different varieties of Virginia bees and how to provide them with a suitable habitat. Find out about native bee nesting sites and help make some bee housing to hang in the Park. With lots of take-home materials, you’ll have the information you need to make your yard bee friendly. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required for all persons in attendance. Please dress for the weather.
