About this Course

Watch your children begin to overcome fears, gain confidence and become more aware of safety in the water. This class is for the preschool beginners ages 4-5. If your child is a beginner or already comfortable in the water this is the class for them. They will learn to float, kick and become proficient with arm strokes. Rolling over and treading water will be introduced. Submerging is a big part of this class since swimming requires being able to put your face in the water! If they are more advanced they will be expected to swim more independently and with less support from the instructor.
